Have you followed the steps to get the training on the portal?

You have received an access card that has a website and a QR code. It redirects to a website that has videos on how to access your training. Did you go through the complete video?

I got your point. Whenever you have visited the training section you have to log in into your own account which you have registered when buying the bolt kit. Do it I think that’s will be fine.
