mostly likely the reason for this is the server issue or the OTP time (just like it’s valid for a few seconds or minutes). I think you should try to do it within that time.

Hi,I too faced this issue.Just you need to enter the OTP within the valid time or 1 minute.

Hi @vellalacheruvuravite You can reset by enter the OTP and if you are not getting the otp then it may be due to reason that you created your account directly through Google login.
