i tried about 100 times to connect it to network but it always flash ’ no internet connection’ on bolt app , although i wrote a proper name of network and use 2.4 GHz network hotspot, blue light blink fast but green light is off constantly . kindly help me or tell me how to replace bolt wifi module because i am not able to do my any project

i use another mobile hotspot.
Mate! use other mobile for the bolt iot app for the logins and setup.
and use your main mobile hotspot to connect to the module.
You just cannot setup with only one phone if you don’t have any router or something.
yes i use 2 mobile phones one for bolt app and another for hotshot.

Did it work the first time you tried the setup from the app?
No , it not connected to cloud yet .
The most likely case here is you haven’t completed the entire setup on the app and the led blinking fast indicates that your phone is connected to bolt’s hotspot.
Use the app again, add new device and follow the steps.
@sanudeepak6 Can you please send a screenshot when the app says that there is no internet connection?
There might be some firewall on your network preventing the bolt device from connecting the cloud, but it seems your device itself is not connecting to the wifi as your blue light is still blinking fast.
Try using a hotspot from some other mobile and follow the steps given in the mobile app, it should be working.
Both the blue light and the green light is constantly ON and the android app says “No internet connection” while connecting it to the Bolt cloud.
