I also have the same query , it’s been a week since I had sent my account details regarding the cash prize I had won , so far no money has been transferred to the account nor I received any update regarding the same

Apology for the delay in distributing the prizes, Since our business is impacted due to COVID-19 and lockdown, we have postponed the prize distribution. As we have promised to deliver the winner’s certificate and prize, we will be doing in September 2020 as soon as our services resumed.
