Iot module not working

Hi,
I was using my bolt iot module for making the final project. Everything worked properly.But next day when i tried to power the bolt iot module only the blue light is blinking and after about 30 seconds even that goes off tried changing the power cable but same result.Can someone help me regarding this issue.

Please make sure that USB cable is well connected to bolt wifi module,also check whether the cable is plugged in properly or not,there might be a loose connection. Hope this answer helps you.

You can replace the bolt device,if your device is under waranty!

Ohh oke how can I ask for replacement?
What is the warranty period?
