There are certain restrictions on how many times you can call boltiot cloud. Since you do not have pro access, you may be rate limited if you do not wait for a minimum of 10 secs between each call. When collecting data over a period of hours, set this to 5 mins.
You can change your boltiot cloud API keys and try again.
