Could you kindly share the current status of the LEDs on the Bolt WiFi Module?
If both LEDs are ON, and the device is not yet linked to your account, please provide the Device ID so that we can link it for you.
If the Blue LED is blinking slowly, you can try closing the app and repeating the steps for the WiFi setup of the device:
