My bolt device does not connect to the wifi . It create few second connection to the wifi and then disconnected also cloud can’t operate,what is the problem for that

We will require little more information to help you out. Can you share a short video where we you power on the device and it connects to the wifi and then disconnects? 1 minute video should be enough.

Have you connected the device to mobile hotspot? We checked in our system and it shows that it was a connected to a Redmi WiFi. I think this is mobile hotspot. Do confirm the same.

If you have connected to hotspot, then make sure your Redmi hotspot is ON and mobile data is ON. Then switch on the Bolt module. It should get connected to the hotspot and work properly.

Let me know if the above suggestion works, else share the video of the issue.
