My bolt module was working completely fine, but after I restarted the module using the bolts python library now the green light is not blinking and my device is in the offline stage
Also Blue light is not constant its continuously blinking

It looks like the Bolt device has disconnected from the cloud and Wi-Fi. Please try reconnecting the device by following the steps which you had followed in the Wi-Fi setup process using the Bolt mobile app.
