I am trying since a lot time to upload screenshots on the new forum topic but when i click on upload a message window pops up saying the following message - “The difference between the request time and the current time is too large.” and the image is not uploaded on the forum page.

Hi, this type of error is mostly shown when your system time is not synchronized or same with the current time. So make sure your system time is in sync with the current time. After that refresh your page, and try again to upload the images.
