Hi! I cannot register my Bolt device since it is already registered under another email. What do I do?

Please email your issue to support@boltiot.com.
They will figure out a way to ensure that your Bolt gets connected to your account.
I have emailed to the email id.But yet my ownership is not changed to my email id. Please change it soon. I have my Online course and only 15 days left. I can’t able to complete it without a bolt. Please Sir…It is urgent.

Apology for the delay in response, I have unlinked the device from the testing account. Follow the setup process again to link the device to your account.
