Payment debited

I have made a payment of 50 rs from my debit card to upgrade my plan to bolt pro for one month.
The payment debited from my bank but no upgradation of plan is done yet.
Hoping for a positive response

Sometimes due to internal issues in payment system amount is debited.In some platforms payment is auto reversable. you can wait for 5-7 days it will come to account
if you not get the money contact bolt and the bank

@st.deepak15 We are looking into the issue. Can you please share the email ID that you have used for your Bolt Cloud account?

Sometimes there is an issue with the gateway so this occurs and you can get to know more about it from credit management experts and make sure you get your amount back if the payment fails.
