Hi, @anshulajain.aj
It’s possible that the user interface of Voiceflow has been updated since the video tutorial was created. Software platforms often undergo changes and improvements over time, which can result in differences in the user interface and the steps involved in performing certain tasks.
To resolve the issue, I recommend referring to the official documentation or tutorials provided by Voiceflow. These resources are usually up-to-date and will provide you with accurate information on how to navigate and use the platform’s current features.
If you’re unable to find the specific feature or option you’re looking for, you can reach out to Voiceflow’s support team for assistance. They will be able to guide you through the updated process or clarify any confusion you may have.
Remember that software platforms evolve, and it’s common for the user interface and available features to change over time. Staying updated with the official documentation and seeking support when needed will help ensure a smooth experience while using Voiceflow or any other platform.
Voiceflow has updated a lot and though there isn’t prototype option now, we can define all our blocks in workflows tab and can even run and test it.
