You should create an applet by integrating Google Assistant and Webhooks, did you do that?
Yes, I did that,but I did not get till now

Can you elaborate more on the process you followed till here. Only then I’ll be able to help you.
I think you are facing this issue due to resolution of your mobile device. I would suggest you to compete the steps via laptop.
You should be able to select the option on laptop.
