I have enrolled for online training on Internet of Things and Machine Learning. Do I need to complete all the topics and projects to take the certification test? And how long will it take for me to complete the whole course?

Yes. You need to complete the entire course to answer the certification test. If you put in 2 hours daily, you should be able to complete the training within a month.

Yes you need to complete the whole training to take the test because at the end you need to make a project out of what you have learnt.
You also get a hands on experience and you enjoy it during the training.
