Queries regarding the final capstone project

Can we use VS code editors and windows command line to complete Bolt IoT projects ?
Can I do the final project in a windows based environment ?

PS: I have already done the projects before the capstone in both windows as well as linux environment using VMware

bolt iot is a language independent programme you can use anything to complete your project.
This is what i feel,however, if i am wrong please do correct me.
