Query related to stipend

Hello
I’m padmini rathore student partner at bolt IoT. As I filled the the form for stipend and it’s asking for verification amount. But yet I didn’t received any verification amount. And in transfer details section it’s showing that the verification amount is transferred. Please help me out what I can do. As the 15 days waiting period is also over.
Please reply me ASAP.

The status of the confirmation amount that we had transferred is still showing as “PENDING” at the payment gateway.
