Refund not processed

ORDER #INDIA46992 , I have returned the iot kit in 2nd or 3rd week of July, but still I haven’t received the refund. It’s been more than 40 days now. I have wrote around 20-25 mails, and also contacted via calls. But there’s no response from either side apart from the bot mails which say the same thing. Please provide a solution
