Sir, I have paid the amount to get hard copy of the Certificate on 13 may but I didn’t received it yet. Please look into this matter and please tell upto which date is it expected to get delivered.
@arpit.goyal1612 We are currently working on stabilizing our shipping services. We currently have a backlog of orders to fulfill. Our shipping partners are also saturated with the amount of deliveries that they have to process.
It may take some time for you to receive your certificate from us.

@sumitrana9910 Yes. You have to pay an amount of Rs. 275 to get the hard copy of the certificate delivered to your home.
