Regarding Refund - Haven't received hardware kit

Hello Sir,
I registered today for the IoT ML Training Course, Due to personal reasons I want to take it back, So I requested a refund. I haven’t received any hardware kit, when can I approximately estimate my refund?

Your kit is already shipped to your address Order Tracking. Do not accept the order and the kit will get return to origin and then your amount will be transferred to your account.

Do let me know in case you need any other information.

I haven’t taken the product, hope the product got returned to the origin, any update on the refund…

Hello, It’s been more than 10 days, but haven’t received any refund and I wonder how will the money get refunded will it happen through the same payment method I used, or do I need to provide my bank details?
