This is the damaged Bolt IOT WiFi-Module . Removing cable from the connecting port was too hard and it got damaged. Could you please replace this Wifi-Module as soon as possible as I need to complete my remaining projects?

If you could approach for this solution, then i would recommend you to get it soldered from any nearby soldering shop. Same damaged happens to my bolt module. or you can ask for replacement. totally depends on you( it’s just a suggestion if you could do)and I will suggest you to not use this new usb cable . go for some old used usb cable in your home otherwise their will be more chances for this module to get damaged.
Write a mail to support@boltiot.com requesting for a replacement of the device. Attach images along with as well.
It is suggested not to tamper with the Bolt Module and try to get it soldered. It will result in not accepting for the replacement as we only take replacements for untampered devices.
