I had registered for the IoT ML course in 2020, Using the email dho****04@gmail.com.
I have unfortunately lost the gmail account in July.
While i was able to change the account with trainings.boltiot.com. I was unable to do the same for cloud.boltiot.com
I would like to have it changed to pa****69@proton.me as well
I have tried sending emails to support@boltiot, a week has passed, but have recieved no reply.
Please advise

I have unlinked the device form your old account. Create a new account with your new email id on bolt cloud and follow the setup process again to link the device to your new account.

I purchased IOT and ML on internshala .
I found email which is registered to Bolt IOT. now it showing no order is there by email dandukirankumar0gmail.com.
now please unlock videos on could.bolt.iot by email ID dandukirankumar0@gmail.com
@dandukirankumar0 This is an order from the Internshala Platform, hence when you log in to the Bolt Cloud, you will not see any orders.
Now whats the solution for this
@dandukirankumar0 you can access the training on Internshala. Please check the email you received from them, you can find details on accessing it.
