Mera ko ek sanitizer machine bana ke ha usme pir sensor use karne ha per without Arduino.uska connection kese hoga janna tha.

If yes than you have to connect Arduino uno or any other controller.
Why requirement of controller is there?
Ans-> U have to design your machine in such a way that it works automatically. U have to interface of and sensors there.
