I think you have to setup your device and link it to your cloud (the steps for that are shown in the training course).
If that still does not help you, then do ask for help by sending an e-mail to [support@boltiot.com]
please check the credentials used for purchasing is same as you used for log in,or send an e-mail to boltiot team personally
This generally happens if you have registered to Bolt Cloud using a different email id than the one that you had used while placing the order.
Please make sure you use the same email id to register on Bolt Cloud.
