You just simply need to go to Bolt Cloud
There you can give your test by following the instructions provided before the test.

@Username_Placeholder I believe you might be referring to the trophy icon and timeline at the top of the screen. This is not the status of your certificate. It is a general timeline to give you an idea about all the steps you need to do get the internship certificate.
If you have not yet taken the test, you can click on the start training option and start learning. Then answer the test at the end of the training to get the training completion certificate and unlock internship opportunities section. If you have any doubts or queries, let me know.
