Troubleshooting with Bolt Iot device and mobile app

Continuing the discussion from Unable to link Bolt device with mobile App:

Blue and Green light turning and staying on means that the device is connected to the network and the internet.

Kindly check in your cloud id if the device shows up as connected.

If not ,an alternate way to solve it is to simply turn off your wifi network,wait for the green light to go off, and then restart the setup process.

Hello Vinayak,if you downladed the BOlt iot app first of all register urself with an email Id which you has to use same while login again,after that then click on Add device option which displays 3 steps to link Bolt IoT device with your Mobile
1.Connect the Usb cable to Bolt device and Plug it into Laptop/pc.
2.After Plugging Blue led will blink slowly which Means device is ON.
3.To Connect Mobile with Bolt device, ready option will be shown Click it and
Fews steps will be shown below
a.it will ask to copy bolt hostpot password
b.it will ask to open mobile wifi settings and click on Bolt hotspot which is your
device and it will get connceted and BLUE WIFI led will glow at a stable rate which
connects bolt device to your Mobile.
c.After that click on Continue then after that one Screen is displayed which ask
you to choose a wifi network to connect Bolt device with Wifi after doing it the
GREEN CLOUD led will glow at a Stable rate which connects you bolt device **
** with bold cloud account
