Lets try to check your code from scratch .
In conf.py i think your telegram_bot_id is wrong …there is a semicolon in betwwen the bot id but u may have mistakenly left it

sir problm is in -999 return stmt
like def get_sensor_value
but my temp_sms file is running fine
i also chnged from post to get nd vice versa but no improvmnt
If statement is wrong data[‘successs’]
