Unable to access the training

hello good afternoon after i received my order i wanted to start my training but i am unable to access the training so i decided to apply for refund then during the process i accidentally typed wrong acc number so i am unable to edit it at present i am unable to do either refund nor accessing the training please help me

sorry for the late reply. But i want to learn this and need the access for the training as i have raised the refund i am unable to access do the needful.

1.Have you already started using the course or the problem occurred in the middle while you were learning.
