Can we configure the device/product by writing code (in JS OR HTML) on different software (like sublime text) other than one prebuilt on bolt cloud ?

What’s written on Bolt Cloud, uses the JS scripts which isn’t visible to us. It uses scripts like https://cloud.boltiot.com/static/js/bolt_graph.js, https://cloud.boltiot.com/static/js/boltCommands.js while hosting. Which makes the platform easier for us to work with.
That’s why, we cannot customize by trying to make an HTML file by ourself with the same codes. It HAS to be hosted from Bolt Cloud.
