hello
I have an issue with my visa debit card so am not able to create a digital ocean account,
so I tried the alternatives but both VMware and Virtual Box need 64-bit windows to work,
and my PC is a 32-bit Windows.
What other options do I have?
please suggest.

Download the 32 bit version of Vmware from this link https://my.vmware.com/web/vmware/downloads/details?productId=293&downloadGroup=WKST-904-WIN
and then download the 32 bit iso of Ubuntu server from this link .
