Wifi module is not turning on if I tried replacing the USB cable and even adaptor but it didn’t work
Can you share a short video while powering on the wifi module? Also , in your forum title you have mentioned that the connection is stable but module not turning on. Can you please clarify this correctly?
We tried to find details in our system with shivtejgalgate98@gmail.com but we could not find any details. Can you please the email id with which you have purchased the training so that we can check if it’s under warranty and provide you with a replacement module.
Ensure that you have connected to your home wifi or hotspot of bandwidth 2.4ghz
it doesn’t work for 5ghz
Check if the Bolt module is receiving enough current. If you have plugged the USB cable to the laptop, then try connecting the laptop to an external socket.
Please make sure your Bolt device and your device are connected to the same network!!
Make sure the power supply is strong enough and properly connected. The module needs a stable power source, often 3.3V or 5V.
Check if the module has any visible damage or loose parts.
Can you give detailed information like is the blue light is itself not appearing or green light is not appearing?
If Green light is not appearing, then try doing the following things :
- Check if the wire is properly inserted into the Bolt module as well as the laptop
- Try re-checking the entered password for your home network or mobile network
- Also check if the Bolt Module and Laptop are connected to same WiFi network
- Plug the USB Cable to a plug point
- Repeat the steps for connecting the module once more
