Won't able to arrange pickup


I got this mail above. I won’t be able to deliver the kit. Your team has to do arrange it somehow.
When I expect my refund?

Apology the inconvenience, We rely on our various shipping partner to arrange the pickup of the device. But due to current situation, no shipping partner is providing pickup service in your area code.

It will be great if you ship the kit as mentioned in the email and we will reimburse the shipping charges upto 200Rs/-

Or if you can provide some alternate address from where we can try to pickup your kit.

I don’t have any alternate address and won’t be able to ship the kit. So till when pickup for my area code will be available?
So in this case as I have made refund request within 10days. If it takes more than 10days you will refund the money?
