I ordered a hardware kit nearly one month ago, on 20 August, but it still hasn’t arrived yet. Due to some reasons, I want to cancel the order and get a refund. I tried applying for refund earlier, but the refund page redirects me back to the training page itself. I’d like someone to look into this. This is the Issue I was referring to. I’ve already made a forum post about this, but have failed to do anything so far.
