Kindly check your speed of internet connectivity and try again
If the problem is not solved then please change your WiFi settings from 5ghz to 2.4ghz by going to WiFi option 
Choose advance settings Then select base band Change from 5ghz to 2.4ghz.

Hey,
So the devices will not connect to the app automatically, you will have to follow the instructions that is visible to u by the app and the instruction that is given by the trainer in the learning modules.
This process will take a while to understand but keep following the instruction to get better each time u try. This could be one of the issues.
The other issue might be that by mistake u might have downloaded the wrong app unknowingly so make sure you download the right app.
Check your WIFI connection to view or use the app better.
