While connecting to my bolt app it’s showing that it’s already owned by some other id which does not belong to me. Please kindly look into the matter ASAP

Use the mail id and password that you have used to buy the physical kit and enter a relevant password you could easily access to follow the steps mentioned in the course to login with your bolt device. when you turn on the device it has its on hotspot which has its own password which you have to enter while connecting your device to the mobile. Before searching for the bolt wifi turn off your mobile data then search for bolt device hotspot. the page and start your learning.Better option is try to use forgot password and reset it and try again to login.
I know all of this I’ve used correct mail but it shows it’s registered in someone else’s name. I request to reset its access.

@nagrawal.na1041 No that is not the device id, it is in the format BOLTXXXX, the same name you see when you first connect your bolt to your mobile over Wi-Fi. Please share that.
