Unable to setup my bolt device

it so happened that before my mobile was 5.4Gz so i was not able to set it up so had to set it up with my dad’s hotspot . now i got a wifi at home so was setting it up with it but it was not happening and so i unlinked it from my account and was trying to add it again but now it is not getting setup in the mobile app. please help me fast , i tried all the troubleshooting but i am unable to set it up please help

5.4 GHz is not an issue go for it when ever it shows that pop up message or alert message just accept it.

that issue is not a problem now but it is not getting connected

Can you post the screenshots of your phone and the bolt app…to look at what it is prompting
